Our gooseneck RV trailer has never gone down the road this smooth. In over 3K miles so far, we still find ourselves waiting for the trailer to bounce over a bump after the truck, but even on Colorado's lousy interstates, we are smiling. Installation was quite easy/straight forward. A must even for new trailers!
installed MORryde 2-1/4 inch shackle straps with MORryde 14-3/4 inch Shock Absorbing Equalizers (MR34AR). The camper rides much better.
The kit supplied only Qty 2 of the correct length wet bolts when my particular application requires Qty 4. The four that came in the kit are too long for my front and rear axle drop down trailer brackets. As such, I was only able to install my new equalizer and wet bolt hardware kit one side of my trailer today. As you can imagine this is somewhat frustrating because my trailer is not located close by, I had to bring all the tools with me to get it done.
Here is a picture of the used bolt length that I will need a total of four more sent to me at your earliest convenience. The kit provided only two of the correct length bolts, which I utilized where the equalizer mounts to the drop down bracket.
Hopefully other customers aren’t having this same issue.
My suspension squeaked horribly before installing this kit. I installed Lippert Road Armour Equalizer at the same time.
I was surprised to find two nylon bushings worn through completely and all the others in poor condition. Also one link so badly worn I don’t think it would have lasted the season. I few others were in bad condition. Didn’t expect that for a 2018 Unit with what I thought to be low mileage.
I would have given these the highest rating because the product is excellent. The reason for just an average rating is solely because of the customer service or rather lack of customer service. I placed the order for this and 2 additional items to replace the entire suspension on a Passport 3350BH. All items were in stock when order was placed on 1/31/2022 with a delivery date of 02/03/2022. There was a snow storm on 02-03 which delayed the item to the following week which is understandable. However it continued to be delayed until the following week. After my first call I was told the storm had caused a delay. I asked why my order was in a gathering stage for days and then changed to back to order accepted, only response was the snow had slowed them down. After another week of no order, I sent 2 emails with just a standard response of blaming a snow storm 2 weeks prior. I asked several questions on my order which were never answered, I’d have to assume that they just didn’t care to answer or it’s a general email they send to everyone. Long story short the order came on 02/19 which is completely unexceptionable based on a 3 day original ship date. Hard to explain to a customer that a snow storm that we had as well pushed the ship date out 16 days on in stock items.

This is WRONG kit for anything without Correct Track system on trailer. For Coachmen Freedom Express trailers, you will need MR46ZR, which has the correct bolts for your job. Went 2 rounds with Customer Service, on why their system would not give me this correct info. Got no where and cost me extra $xxx to complete the job, by having MORryde over night the 4 correct bolts I needed. I will not ever be ordering from etrailer again.
After Ashley and others helped in an emergency situation overnighting another package of MORryde wet-bolts/shackles, I was able to complete the installation along with a Correct Track Alignment/Lift Kit. This was a JOB with 2 dudes hard at it to get the wet bolts/shackles on with the alignment and lift kit, getting the axles aligned just in time to hit the road for our long scheduled vacation... I was missing 2 longer wet bolts for some reason? I have to to tell you it was FRANTIC at the end, since I was doing my own work luckily with a friends help. It's a 2 person job.But ETRAILER came through! Thank you gals and guys! Rated a 4 only because there weren't enough longer bolts that were missing. ETrailer sales and tech are a 5!

Took another 1000+ mile trip recently and the trailer tracked fine, no noticable tire wear as if out of alignment and the lift kit has solved my tire rubbing on the camper upper wheel well with hard jiltssuspension travel.

The parts were correct and working great
It was not hard to install the up grade kit, if I had better shop equipment to do the job I could have it done a little quicker. The grease fittings will not take grease I'm going to get new grease fittings and try grease it again, other wise this upgrade kit should out last the 5th wheel camper.
The product is very well made and shipping was fast

I received this item and the plastic wrap inside box was all torn apart and items were all loose. All were there, but upon inspection I noticed that two of the bolts were not the right size for 3rd generation Correct track alignment kit. The old Alignment kit required 2-7/8 inch wet bolts at the center hangers. The 3rd gen kit requires 3-3/8 inch wet bolts at the center hangers. you can see in the photo that 2 bolts are shorter, they should all be the same length.
So far so good!
Looks good just like the OEM shackles. Hopefully they will install easily

Had 2 choice for the kit and bought were wrong.
Got extra bushing and that was ok.
Got 2 wet bolts that were the correct length and 4 that were to long. See
So far so good. Definitely seems to minimize noise, which I’m hoping is also reducing wear and tear. Tricky at first to get grease to flow all the way through the bushings, definitely need to take some weight off the springs to do so. What I did was drive one axle on blocks, then take all the weight off the other axle with a jack to get to the grease to flow properly. Maybe there’s a better way to do it, but this worked for me.
I had the SAME issue as a prior reviewer had. The outer spring bolts are too long for the frame connection. Each of the 4 bolts are 1/2" to long. I was forced to temporarily shim with washers. They need to correct this issue!!!
Well they are great but had to get extra washers to make them work well. Other than that they are very good.
Along with replacing the springs on my tandem trailer I upgraded the equalizers shackles and installed with the wet bolt hardware. I am very satisfied with the quality of components. etrailer’s customer service and quick delivery will continue to be my first go to when I need parts.

Since rebuilding the suspension on my 5th wheel trailer, we have put 4500 miles on it. With the new springs and equalizers installed, my trailer does tow much better. Thanks to the customer service at etrailer we have enjoyed vacationing much better.
etrailer customer service is second to none! I had ordered the wrong size suspension kit and they were quick to get me the correct version I needed. These are much beefier than the ones that came with my travel trailer. Thank you etrailer!!!
Real stout, should last a long time, great upgrade, should help long travels better, I added a lippert suspension at same time. Takes quite a few different tools. But not a super hard job ,if you have a few of the right tools and mechanical know how to.

This kit is designed specifically for tandem-axle trailers with Correct Track alignment and lift kits. You will also want to make sure to measure your shackle strap length from center of hole to center of hole to make sure its 2.25 inches and the bolt hole diameter being 0.5625 inches.
